Advertiser Policy

Overview

This Advertiser Policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies to every advertiser account and campaign on Adnyro.

Eligibility & Account Approval

New advertiser accounts are reviewed before they can launch campaigns. We look at the account details you provide and, once campaigns are submitted, the creatives and landing pages behind them. Approval is at our reasonable discretion and may be withdrawn if we later determine an account no longer meets our standards.

Campaign & Creative Requirements

  • Creative images and titles must accurately represent what a user will find on the landing page.
  • Creatives must not contain content prohibited under our Acceptable Ads Policy.
  • Uploaded image files are limited to standard formats and a maximum file size; SVG uploads are scanned and rejected if they contain executable script content.
  • Every campaign must have a valid daily and/or lifetime budget and a CPC bid before it can be submitted for review.

Landing Page Requirements

Landing pages must: load reliably over HTTPS, match the content promised by the creative, not contain malware, deceptive downloads, or auto-redirect chains, and comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection law in the markets you target.

Prohibited Categories & Content

The following are not permitted on Adnyro: illegal products or services, counterfeit goods, malware or deceptive software, unlicensed financial products, weapons, and any content that is discriminatory, sexually explicit, or exploitative. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive — see our Content Guidelines for the fuller policy.

Billing & Budgets

Advertisers are billed per valid click at the CPC bid set on the campaign, deducted from the account's balance. Daily and lifetime budgets are enforced automatically — a campaign stops serving once its budget is reached. Current stage of the platform: account balances are currently funded through a manual top-up process handled by our team rather than an automated payment gateway; see our Terms of Service for detail.

Review Process

Campaigns and creatives are reviewed before they can serve, and may be reviewed again at any time afterward. We may reject or pause a campaign that no longer meets this Policy and will note the reason where practical.

Invalid Traffic & Fraud

Clicks that our systems identify as coming from known bot user-agents, as duplicates within a short window, or as exceeding a reasonable rate from a single source, are rejected before any charge occurs — you are never billed for these. If you believe you were charged for invalid traffic, contact us so we can investigate.

Suspension

We may suspend an advertiser account for violating this Policy, our Terms of Service, or our Acceptable Ads Policy, or for suspected fraudulent activity.
