Overview
Adnyro is operated ahead of completing formal incorporation. The legal entity name and registered address will be added here before commercial onboarding begins; the intended jurisdiction is the United Arab Emirates, or wherever Adnyro is ultimately incorporated ("Adnyro," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, advertiser and publisher platforms, and native advertising widget, and how we use it.
Information We Collect
Account information
When you register as an advertiser or publisher, we collect your name, email address, password (stored as a one-way cryptographic hash, never in plain text), role, and country.
Contact form submissions
If you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email, and message you provide.
Ad serving and click data
When our widget serves or a visitor clicks a placement, we record: the page URL the placement appeared on, a coarse device category (mobile, tablet, or desktop) derived from the browser's user-agent string, and a one-way salted hash of the visitor's IP address that changes daily — we do not store raw IP addresses. We do not use cookies, local storage, or any cross-site identifier to track visitors through the widget.
How We Use Information
- To operate your advertiser or publisher account, including billing, revenue share calculation, and payouts.
- To serve native ad placements, measure impressions and clicks, and detect invalid or fraudulent activity.
- To respond to contact form inquiries.
- To maintain the security and integrity of the Platform.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share individual visitor-level data with advertisers — advertisers see aggregate performance by campaign and creative only.
Cookies & Session Data
Our advertiser, publisher, and admin portals use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is required for the portal to function and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Our native advertising widget — the part of Adnyro that appears on publisher websites — does not use cookies, local storage, or any similar technology at all. See our Cookie Policy for full detail.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We may share information: with service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g. our hosting infrastructure), where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Adnyro, our users, or the public, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply to any personal information transferred.
Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active, and click/impression/ledger records for as long as needed for billing, dispute resolution, fraud investigation, and legal compliance. Contact form submissions are retained for a reasonable period to allow us to respond and follow up.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us — we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Data Protection Law
Adnyro is UAE-based, and we aim to handle personal data in a manner consistent with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and applicable international data protection principles. This section will be expanded as our data protection program matures.
Children's Privacy
The Platform is intended for business use by advertisers and publishers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
