Content Standards
Sites carrying Adnyro placements must meet the standards in our Content Guidelines — in short, no illegal, deceptive, or exploitative content, and no sites built primarily to generate ad clicks rather than to serve genuine readers.

This Publisher Policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies to every publisher account, website, and placement on Adnyro.
Every website you add must be reviewed and approved before any placement on it can serve ads. We review the domain and its content against our Content Guidelines. Approval is at our reasonable discretion and may be withdrawn if a site's content later changes.
Sites carrying Adnyro placements must meet the standards in our Content Guidelines — in short, no illegal, deceptive, or exploitative content, and no sites built primarily to generate ad clicks rather than to serve genuine readers.
Publishers earn a share of net advertiser spend on every valid click — 50% by default, published and applied network-wide, subject to change with notice. Earnings accrue to your account balance and can be requested as a payout once our published minimum threshold is met. Current stage of the platform: payouts are currently processed manually by our team rather than through an automated bank transfer or payment provider; we will update this section as automated payouts are introduced.
You may not: click your own placements or ask others to, use incentivized or forced clicks, place ads in a way that causes accidental clicks, or misrepresent your site's traffic or content to gain approval.
We may review your site, placements, and traffic patterns at any time, including through automated fraud and duplicate-click detection. If we identify a violation, we will where practical give you an opportunity to explain before taking action.
We may suspend a publisher account or site for violating this Policy, our Terms of Service, or our Content Guidelines, or for suspected fraudulent traffic. Earnings tied to activity we determine to be invalid will not be paid out.
